Display Area: Portable Device View: More Info

Connect your portable device to your computer while signed in to your Rhapsody account. The device icon appears in the Sources area.

To delete tracks:

1. Click the device icon to view the tracks on your device in the Display area.
   
   
2. Select the track or tracks you wish to delete.
   
   
3. Press [DELETE] on your keyboard.
   
   
4. A "Confirm Delete" dialog will open. Click Yes to delete the track, or No to cancel.

To delete playlists:

1. Click the plus sign ( + ) next to the device icon to expand the list of contents on the device.
   
   
2. Click the plus sign ( + ) next to the Playlists icon under your device name in the Sources area to see all the playlists on your device.
   
   
3. Select the playlist you wish to delete.
   
   
4. Press [DELETE] on your keyboard.
   
   
5. A "Confirm Delete" dialog will open. Select Yes to delete the playlist, or No to cancel.

To delete Rhapsody Radio channels:

1. Click the plus sign ( + ) next to the device icon to expand the list of contents on the device.
   
   
2. Click the Channels icon under your device name in the Sources area. This will show the channels on your device in the Display area.
   
   
3. In the Display area, select the channel you want to delete.
   
   
4. Press [DELETE] on your keyboard.
   
   
5. A delete confirmation dialog will open. Click Yes to remove the channel from your device.

To delete photos:

1. Click the plus sign ( + ) next to the device icon to expand the list of contents on the device.
   
   
2. Click the Photos icon under your device name in the Sources area. This will show the photos on your device in the Display area.
   
   
3. In the Display area, select the photo(s)l you want to delete.
   
   
4. Press [DELETE] on your keyboard.
   
   
5. A delete confirmation dialog opens. Click Yes to remove the photos(s) from your device.

To delete videos:

1. Click the plus sign ( + ) next to the device icon to expand the list of contents on the device.
   
   
2. Click the Videos icon under your device name in the Sources area. This will show the videos on your device in the Display area.
   
   
3. In the Display area, select the video(s)l you want to delete.
   
   
4. Press [DELETE] on your keyboard.
   
   
5. A delete confirmation dialog opens. Click Yes to remove the video(s) from your device.

Note: You can also delete photos and videos from your device by selecting the photo or video and pressing [DELETE] on your keyboard.

The Organizer is only available when you are viewing the tracks on your portable device. To view your tracks, click the portable device in the Sources area. This Organizer works in much the same way as the Library Organizer:

If the Organizer is not currently open, click the bar between the Sources area and the portable device view of the Display area to open it.

Use the drop-down list in the Organizer to sort the contents of your portable device by Artists, Albums, or Genres. To see a list of the related tracks in the Display area, select a sort category (such as an artist's name).

To close the Organizer, click the bar between the Organizer and the portable device view of the Display area.

Any portable device view, such as Tracks, Photos, or Playlists, will have columns and column headers. Right-click any column header to see a list of the columns available in this view.

Columns that appear in gray, such as "Track," above, cannot be removed. Other columns can be added and removed to customize the Display area view. Checked columns currently appear in the view. Unchecked columns do not. Select a column in the right-click menu to check or uncheck it.

You can sort some columns by clicking the column header. Click a second time to reverse the sort order. The arrow next to the column name indicates how the column is being sorted.
