• An Instant Playlist is generated from either Rhapsody tracks you've recently played, or Rhapsody tracks you've rated.
  
  
• You can edit some options on Instant Playlists created from rated tracks. (See "Tell me how to edit my options...," below.)
  
  
• An Instant Playlist is not automatically saved to your collection of playlists. If you want to keep an Instant Playlist, you'll need to save it as a regular playlist. (See "How do I save an Instant Playlist...," below.)
  
  
• If you click the Create instant Playlist button at the top of an Instant Playlist you've just generated, the old playlist will be entirely replaced by a new one.
  
  

 

1. Click   Add All at the top of the list. You will be given the opportunity to add it to your Player, My Library, or an existing playlist.
   
   
2. Select [New Playlist] to create a new, separate playlist.
   
   

3. Type a name for your playlist.
   
   
   
   Your new playlist will appear in My Playlists, on the My Rhapsody page.
   
   

1. Follow the instructions above to save it as a playlist, above.
   
   
2. Select the My Rhapsody tab from the top of any page on Rhapsody.com.
   
   
3. Under "My Playlists," click the title of your new Instant Playlist.
   
   
4. Click to share the playlist on Facebook.
   
   Click to share the playlist with Twitter.
   
   Click to email the playlist to a friend, or get a RhapLinkA link to Rhapsody music, generated by the Share process. A RhapLink can be e-mailed, blogged, posted to a web site, or shared via instant messaging program. to post on your website or blog.

Note: You need a paid subscription to create and save playlists.

 

1. On your Profile page, scroll down to My Playlists.
   
   
2. Click the Edit button.
   
   
   
   
3. A list of the playlists you've created opens. Select (check) the playlists you want to show on your Profile page.
   
   
4. When you're done, click Save.
   
   
   
   
   
   

Note: Only playlists made from Rhapsody tracksTracks that are streamed, downloaded, or purchased from Rhapsody. can be shown on your Profile page. Playlists made from localComputer resources such as drives or files that are part of a computer, or available on a Local Area Network. Music files located on your computer's hard drive(s) are referred to as "local." tracks can't be shown, because the tracks exist only on your computer.

Click Options underneath the Instant Playlist link in the "Play My Rated Tracks" block on My Rhapsody to set some rules for your Instant Playlist. From here you can: Select how many tracks to include in your playlist. Select the level of rated tracks to include (for instance, tracks you've rated 3 stars or higher). Select whether you want your playlist to include "All tracks," "Recently played tracks," nor "Not recently played" tracks. Click Hide Options when you have finished setting your rules. Note: Only Instant Playlists made from your rated tracks have options available.
