1. Click the My Account link at the top-right of any Rhapsody.com page.

3. The Account Information page opens. Click the Edit link next to "Password."
   
   
   
   
4. Type in your current password or the one you received from Rhapsody. Note: Passwords are case sensitive.
   
   
5. Type in your new password.
   
   
6. Click Submit.
   
   

To request a new password from Rhapsody:

1. Click the My Account link at the top-right of any Rhapsody.com page.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the Forget Your Password? link in the Rhapsody.com sign-in dialog.
   
   
   
   
3. Follow the prompts to request a new password. You should receive an email within a few minutes. If you don't, check your spam or junk mail folder.
   
   
4. When you get your new temporary password, sign in to My Account and change it.

4. Type in your new email address.
   
   
5. Click Save.
   

If your subscription has expired and you want to sign up again with the same email address, or you want to change your subscription level:

3. The Account Information page opens. Click the Edit link next to "Account Status."
   
   
4. Choose the subscription level you want, and follow the prompts to update your billing information.

4. The Billing Information page opens. Click the Edit link next to Billing Address and Credit Card Information.
   
   
5. Type in your new billing address and credit card information, and click Submit.

3. The Account Information page opens. Click the Preferences link on the left.
   
   
4. The Preferences page opens. Click the Edit link next to "Email Preferences."
   
   
5. Check or uncheck the boxes next to the email subscriptions you do or don't want to receive.
   
   
6. Click Submit.

3. The Account Information page opens. Click the Preferences link on the left.
   
   
4. The Preferences page opens. Click Edit next to "Parental Controls."
   
   
5. The Parental Controls page opens. Type in your Parental Controls password and click Sign In.
   
   
   (If you've forgotten your Parental Controls password, click the Parental Controls Password Support link. Click Submit, and follow the prompts to get a new password.)
   
   
6. Select whether you want to enable or disable your Parental Controls.
   
   
7. If you want to change your Parental Controls Password, click the Edit Parental Controls Password link and follow the prompts.
   
   
8. When you're done editing your Parental Controls, click Submit.
   
   

1. Go to www.rhapsody.com/cancel.
2. Sign in to your Rhapsody account.
3. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
