Here are a few potential reasons and solutions:

• You have entered the incorrect username/password combination. Try your username and password combination again.
  
  
  
• Passwords are case sensitive. Check the [Caps Lock] key.
  
  
  
• Your username is usually your email address. If you have recently changed your email address, try using the old one.

Look at the top right of any Rhapsody.com page or at the top of the Rhapsody.com Player. If you see a Sign Out link, this means you are already signed in.

1. Click the Sign in link at the top right of any Rhapsody.com page. 
   
   

2. Click the Forget Your Password? link in the Rhapsody.com sign-in window. Your password will be emailed to you.

   
   
   

   

3. Follow the prompts to request a new password. You should receive an email within a few minutes. If you don't, check your spam or junk mail folder.

4. When you get the new password, sign in to My Account and change it.

1. Click My Account at the top of Rhapsody.com.
   
   
2. Sign in.
   
   
3. Click the Account Information link at the left.
   
   
4. Click the Edit link next to Password.
   
   
5. Enter your current password or the one you received from Rhapsody.
   
   Note: Passwords are case sensitive.
   
   
6. Enter your new password.
   
   
7. Click Submit.
   
   
   

You may see this message: "There was a problem logging you in. Please check your username and password and try again."

When you click the "Forget Your Password?" link, the Password Reset screen may show that your email address is associated with more than one Rhapsody account.

Choose which account password you want to reset. If the first account you choose does not work, click the "Forget Your Password?" link again and try another.
