Manage Your Rhapsody Account

1. Select My Account > Manage My Account in the Rhapsody menus.
   
   
2. Sign in. The "Account Summary" window opens.
   
   
3. Type in your coupon code.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Apply.

3. Click Edit next to User Name, and follow the instructions.

4. The "Billing Information" window opens. Click Edit next to Billing Address and Credit Card Information, and update your information.

3. Click Billing History on the left side of the screen.
   
   
   
   
4. The "Billing History" window opens. Click any date to see details on that transaction.
   
   
   
   

An order number is at the top of the transaction screen. You can use that number for reference if you need to contact Customer Support about the transaction.

3. Click Credits on the left side of the screen to see any available credits.

3. Click Authorizations on the left side of the screen.
   
   
   
   
4. The "Authorizations" window opens. Click Deauthorize next to a computer or portable player if you want to. Once a computer or portable player has been deauthorized, it will no longer work with Rhapsody. You can reauthorize at any time.
   
   
   
   

• You can click Rename to give your computer or device a "friendly" name, like "My work computer" or "Jessie's MP3 player.'

2. Sign in. The "Account Summary" window opens.
   
   
3. Click Downloads on the left side of the screen.
   
   
   
   
4. Any MP3s that were not successfully downloaded to your computer are listed. Click Download to attempt your download again.

3. Click Edit next to Account Status to change your subscription.
   
   

You can cancel your free trial or paid subscription online at any time.

1. Select My Account > Manage My Account in the Rhapsody menus.
   
   
2. Sign in. The "Account Summary" window opens.
   
   
3. Click Cancel Subscription. A browser window opens.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Enter your email address and password when prompted.
   
   
5. Click Yes to cancel your subscription. Click No to exit the dialog and keep your subscription.
   

If you have a free trial, cancellation is effective the first day after your free trial ends. If you have a paid subscription (membership), cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Once your subscription is canceled, you will no longer be able to play unlimited streaming tracks from Rhapsody. Any tracks you have downloaded but not purchased will no longer be playable. Any tracks or albums you purchased from Rhapsody are yours to keep.
