If you think an MP3 that you purchased has not been downloaded, or your download was interrupted, first check your purchase history to confirm the purchase, and then check to see if the song was downloaded.
If you are not already signed in, sign in to your Store account.
You will see a list of purchases sorted by date. Any songs that were not fully downloaded will appear at the top of the list, sorted by date. The songs that have not been downloaded will have a check box next to them.
If the song you are looking for has a check box, select the box and click the Download Selected Tracks button at the top or bottom of the page.
If you don't see the MP3 you thought you purchased, then the purchase did not complete. Check your email receipt to see if you were charged for the MP3.
If you see the MP3 you purchased but it doesn't have a check box beside it, that means the MP3 was downloaded and you will need to find where the file was saved on your hard drive. See Where are files stored during download? in the Rhapsody MP3 Store Frequently Asked Questions topic.
On your computer, search for RhapsodyMP3*.zip. (The zip file is called RhapsodyMP3, followed by the current date.)
When Search finds your RhapsodyMP3 folder, double-click to open it.
Extract the files to the folder of your choice. Windows users may want to extract to “My Music.” Mac users may want to extract to their “Music” folder. See Buying and Downloading MP3s for more information.
Click the Redeem Coupon button at the top of the Store pages to enter your coupon. If you already have an account you can sign in and enter the coupon.
