From time to time, music that was available becomes unavailable. For example, Rhapsody Exclusives are available only for a limited time. If an MP3 you added to your shopping cart is no longer available for purchase, it may still appear in the cart, but it will be grayed out and you will no longer be able to purchase it. Just delete it from your cart.

 

Music you add to your shopping cart will stay there for 90 days. After 90 days, your cart will be emptied.

No. Each purchase can be downloaded once. Once the download is complete, the transaction is complete. We suggest making a backup copy of your files, and burning them to CD.

Your MP3s are downloaded as a ZIP fileA special file containing one or more other files, usually compressed to reduce their file size., the ZIP file goes to your browser’s default download location.

On most computers, this is your desktop unless you have specified another location. When you extract your MP3s, you can place them wherever you like. See Buying and Downloading MP3s for more information on downloading.
